The Holy Week before Easter offers several days of continuous attractions in all the surrounding cities. Alicante, Elche and Santa Pola also have a week-long series of events.
Moors and Christians celebration

This is an extremely colorful, multi-day series of events, held at different times in different cities. The most spectacular and largest in all of Spain is held in Alcoy every year at the end of April. Another fantastic procession is held in Elda at the end of May.
